I hate being fat all my friends are really little and have the good looking boyfriends and I want that so much I just cant stand being overweight. I dont eat but one meal a day and I still cant lose weight. My whole family is fat and that eat all the time and I just cant stand being a round them I really need some people who while help me be motivated but my family is just not the right people to do it. If any one knows any good diets that will help me lose weight and keep it off Please let me know.

Try weight watchers and remember to eat alot of fruit and veg. U may want to get multivitamins as well tokeep your body balanced, and try a cardio work out like taebo which works you out but is really fun. Good Luck.
