Hey everyone. Its been a while since i have posted. I have been busy with school. :P Well I wouldnt say Im on a diet right now because I keep pigging out worse than I used to. I keep telling myself that if I want to lose weight, Im going to have to let go of the junkfood. Easier said than done. I am going to give it my best try AGAIN tomorrow and I will tell yall how im doing. Its really hard to go on a diet but the results I know are going to be worth it. You don't have to go on a diet, just get normally and healthy and exercise and you can lose weight. It is better if you don't think of it as a diet, and as a way of feeding the good nutrients to your body to fight diseases and good things for your heart, in the right amount, you can lose weight.
