Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - YUP its official i'm a weaklin!! i can't believe i lost 25 pounds over the summer from june to august and ever since school started i have just been screwing up from time to time again.. i keep telling myself i will do better tomorrow. or i'll start on a clean slate NEXT monday. i dont even know what to do.. the college experience, the going out, and the excess fast food on campus.. i mean it really took a toll on me!!! i really neeed help!!! get me back on track!!! i want to lose 15 pounds by january 20th which is the new semester!!!!!! i really need to start sooon!! i'm here typing this out 12am stuffing myself and cramping in all my courses.. god i hate finals week!! but i shouldnt find this as an excuse to sneak in starbucks, sweets, and fast foods.. i really need to get back on track.. now that i look back at it i coulda lost 20 pounds and i wouldnt have to dwell on it! time flys by and i will do whatever i can to start fresh and lose this weight because i dont want to be sitting on my fat butt and regretting the last 4 months! take care everyone and please wish me luck.. i need it!! O.o

HEY!
Yes thats exactly what i will do! I'm hoping I will get down 15 pounds before next semester :) I'm planning on to run every morning for the next month till semester beginning friday since fall semester is over. THANK GOD! :P I just can't wait to go back down to the 150s. and you are soooo right about the buying snacks! I seriouly spend so much $$$$ and I just eat it even when i'm not hungry. And i'm planning to cut back down on that. :)

ahhh I know exactly how you feel! Moving away to university this year is so stressful! You have to worry about schoolwork, adjusting to living without parents and family and your old friends, deal with making new friends, and money problems! On top of that, we have to eat healthy and exercise even though they serve unhealthy food in the cafeteria, there is no time to exercise, and there is a lot of unhealthy snacking going on. It has certainly been an adjustment for me. I gained 7.5 pounds in the first 6 weeks away! Fortunately I have been a little better, and didn't gain anything for the next two weeks. I dont know how I have done since then because I haven't been home, but I feel like I am a little healthier. My mom is getting me a 4 month pass to the gym for christmas, so I will be able to exercise that way. Also, I try not to buy snacks anymore because I just eat them all the time when I am not hungry and they are a waste of money. Hopefully the second semester will be better because things will have settled down. Let me know how things go!
