Hey everyone, i am so sad right now, i've started to really look at my self and i hate the way i look, i'm so fat, like people i talk to at school ignore me and do you know HOW THAT FEELS! I just cant the image out of my head to be skinny, my self esteem has gone down cuz i'm putting silly things in my head, saying everyone hates the way you look, i have many friends at school but they look past on what you look like, but there are those people who judge you on how you look, AND I HATE THAT! I want to go on a diet so bad but i'm emabarresd! I have a friend who's parent's got diet pills for him and he has to skip lunch, i've told him diet pills are the worst but his parents are making him do it, and he isnt that FAT!!! i just lay in bed everyday and think how many people hate the way i look, i've gained 15 pounds over the summer, i hate myself! I'm 5,5 and 235 pounds! SO DEPRESSED

But once you get started, its smooth sailing then. I once went on a diet, (just eating right and exersizing when I could) and I lost 10 pounds. But I slowly went off the diet without even knowing it and I ended up gaining that 10 pounds back. So, if you go on a diet, all you have to do is eat healthy and exersize. I am not doing so well today, but Im sure tomorrow will be a lot better. And try to always think positive and never try to let anyone put you down. Remeber, you probably arent the only one with a weight problem. I know Im not the only one. There are ppl bigger than me. But I still know I have to lose weight. I wish you luck. I've had such a negative body image these last couple years, always thinking I was fat and that nobody could ever love me. But then I confided my feelings about my body image to one of my (now) very good friends. She told me that the way I was thinking was all wrong, that I was beautiful no matter what, and that it wasn't true that nobody loved me, because she did, and always would. That really helped me, and now, even though I'm overweight and am trying to lose weight, I don't hate myself anymore. Just my own little personal story..not sure how that helps, but, anyway....always remember that you ARE beautiful, and you can do anything you set your mind to. In junior high he weighed 285 pounds.He was depressed and everyone called him fat. In highschool he got a popular girlfriend who saw past his weight. Then his parents told him he had to move to a small town far away. He decided he would never get accepted unless he lost weight. SO he cut out candy bars, and the weight started to fall off, and added exercise. Between all of this he went back to his original highschool. Everyone accepted him and told him to come to a party. And he was like what? There like yeah come to the party. And he said no. He felt even worse knowing that he had to look a certain way for these people just so he can be considered a decent guy. They said to him, whatever, your a loser then and now! He went home, and had anger and sadness built up inside him, that he decided to skip breakfast, then lunch, then dinner, and to exercise for 3-4 hours a day. Before he knew it, he was in the hospital, he was weak, frail, had grey skin, hair was falling out, and had a tube shoved in his stomach to feed him. He had friends back in Junior high, but those few negative people caused him to be this way. His parents were there hugging him and telling him that they love him and are going to miss him. His friends said the same thing when they hugged him. His dad walked in with tears in his eyes, and said "Son, I love you, and to make the most of your last 26 hours." He had no idea what was going on, and asked what? He was about to die in 26 hours. He just wanted to run out of there, but he couldnt. He decided right then that he needs to put up a fight, that 26 hours turned into 48, then to 72. He spent 3 months there, and finally became healthier. He then finished his senior year of highschool. Now he travels around telling his story to highschools everywhere. He looks really good, and is a happy person. I thought you should hear this story, because appearance is just a mask. The real truth is past the mirror. I know how you feel I went through a whole year of being in depression because of some girl who put me down all the time. I found out that I was only hurting myself. I use to come home and just eat everything that was bad for me, I gained alot of weight, and insecurity. Now my life is on track, I am eating healthy and exercising, and the reason people make fun of other people because of their own insecurities. Depression can lead to serious things. If you have to talk to someone, go to an adult or an expert. My mom helped me through alot. I hope this helped. Just remember it is the inside that counts. You may have heard that a million times, but it is the truth. If we were all supposed to look a certain way and dress a certain way, wouldnt god have made us all look the same. No one is the same, everybody is different.

Think about how people respond when they see "the knew you" and the wonderful compliments you will get. There are only 2 simple thing you need to do to loose weight 1. EAT HEALTHY 2. EXERCISE it sounds easy but i know it isn't that easy but put your mind to it think about how you are going to do and the outcome from it. The knew skinny beautiful you. That you want to see yourself as. I am in the loosing weight process too.
