I think the best thing to do is eat lots of fruits and vegetables and get good exercise. You don't need to do 3 hours of exercise but just do maybe 30minutes - 1hr every day and keep it the same and stedy and it will improve your weight and fitness level. DO NOT EAT FATTY FOODS OR SUGAR FOODS. If you are really hungry at a bad time drink a glass of water it will fill you up for the time being. Don't skip meals either. Also another thing I think is if you believe you can do something you can. Think positive and see yourself acheieveing what you want and you will get there. REALLY TRUST ME!
