does ne 1 else feel that dieting is impossible and that u will never lose weight? this time last yr i was sure i wld be thin now and im not. i wish i cld find an easy diet where u lose weight fast

well- you won't find an easy diet. nor one that's healthy and works at an extreme pace. what you can do however- is just take it one healthy meal at a time and don't think of how long it'll take you. pass up the junk food at least the first time around. say- nah, maybe later. and then when later comes try to do it again- if you can't have a taste- it's all you really need and make sure you savor it. start today so that by next time this year you will be thinner or else you'll just be the same and it gets more and more dissappointing everytime. believe me- i used to be like that and i just try and kick myself back into action and correct eating choices when i find myself slipping back into old habits. good luck!

why dont you start by eating a grape fruit in the morning and like then exercise (fast walking/jogging) for 15 minutes then next week add 5 more minutes and soo on...try to stay from junk food..when you see it in your hands be like NO IM NOT GONNA EAT YOU!

If you starve yourself, you will binge later, and will never be thin. Your better off by eating healthy and exercising, and losing 1-2 pounds a week and eating sweets in moderation. Think about it do you really want to be thinking the same time next year, how can i lose weight fast. You will be able to lose weight and keep it off if you lose weight slowly.

no diet is easy, not even the unhealthy fad ones. learning to eat healthy takes a lot of practice and it will get easier over time, you just have to perservere!
