I keep going up and down inbetween 210 and 220.Yesterday I weighed in at 208 and I felt GREAT about myself and then today the scales all 211.blahblahblah.Haha,I put blahblahblah cause I forgot the ounces or whatever.But lately I've been trying to drink a slimfast shake a day with a sald or just chicken,cause the way I think about it,chicken comes on the salad but its cold most of the time,why dont I just order chicken fingers and be done with it.But yeah,
yesterday I did crappy-I had a shake for breakfast,chicken crispers for lunch and movie popcorn later on just cause we were at the movies and
I gave in:( Ughh.Help:/
