Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So I keep going up and down inbetween 210 and 220.Yesterday I weighed in at 208 and I felt GREAT about myself and then today the scales all 211.blahblahblah.Haha,I put blahblahblah cause I forgot the ounces or whatever.But lately I've been trying to drink a slimfast shake a day with a sald or just chicken,cause the way I think about it,chicken comes on the salad but its cold most of the time,why dont I just order chicken fingers and be done with it.But yeah,yesterday I did crappy-I had a shake for breakfast,chicken crispers for lunch and movie popcorn later on just cause we were at the movies and I gave in:( Ughh.Help:/

Hey, I guarantee you those extra few pounds are from the popcorn. Not because you gained weight, but because they are very salty and salt makes you retain water. I know everytime i eat something salty (like popcorn at the movies) I always weigh a pound or two more the next day. Don`t worry about it, just drink a lot today and the weight should be gone by tomorrow or the next day. Keep at it, you`re doing great :)
