Reply from courtney, Age 14 - 05/20/04 - IP#: 68.71.183.xxx you could dance. even if you cant do any real dances, it still helps to play music and just jump around a lot. if you have a friend that lives close by, you could walk to his house with the excuse that you want to hang out or give him something. also, you could try acting like youre in a fight. turn on usic in your room, then just punch or kick at the air. its a great stress reliever and i always feel great after winning a fight with an imaginary enemy. its not very positive to think about fighting, but it helps me with my stress and it really gets my heart pumping.
