i need help. i weigh 220 and i don't know what to do. i just want to look normal.i'm a size 20. i can't even wear shorts without people saying stuff about me. my wight stops me from doing so much. i think people avoid me because of how i look. What should i do?

Hey, I've been in the boat. When I was 13, I weighed 219 lbs. (i'm 5'6") I lost some weight at when i was 15-16 my weight hovered at 185 lbs. I am now 17 and weigh 153 lbs. But I am not done losing weight. I hope to be 130 w/ in the next 5 months. How to do it? Change your life. Become a different person. Eat things that are healthy for your body, eat fuel, like veggies, lean meats, etc. Only eat when you are truely hungry, and NEVER eat from bordeom or emotional reasons. The most important thing to do is exercise... Start out w/ 15 minute walks, every day... then increase the time/ intensity... and take a day off here and there... but be as active as you can. The last thing? Patience... It has taken me 4 years to come this far. I am not on a diet really, i have just changed my life... in many ways... best of luck to you.
