Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - hey guys. my familys going out for dinner tonight.. i hate going out for dinner when im dieting! it just seems that everything involves food, when i go out with friends we go out for food, family, everything! ive been eating out like daily.. what do u guys do when ur forced to go out for dinner... k i know that one night out wont kill u if u dont eat too much.. i know. but this is becoming like daily.. :(. help?

Reply from Laura, Age 15 - 08/20/05 - IP#: 24.5.253.xxx order a salad, maybe a salad with grilled chicken and water.....thats great! dont make it a big deal with anyone, just order a salad, i do that like everytime i go out nad its lie a habit now, and u still get the experience of going out!...plus salad with chicken are only like 300 calories, dont stress!

Negative calorie means that if a piece of fish is 100 calories and your body takes 200 calories to digest, then you actually lose 100 calories out of your body fat. So if you get shrimp, crab, lobster,salmon,cod, other fish. Also, you could get a salad which is also negative calorie. Chicken is also ok to eat most of the time. Try to get just a water -no pop. You could get an iced tea if you want to, but just have one, because too much can be fattening. This is assuming you go to a restaurant, not a fast food place. At a fast food place, most everything is fattening so I don't have any advice there.
