why gaining weight is so dam easy but losing it is so hard why why why why? i need to lose weight i wanna be a size 5 or 6 by june for gradution im sooooooooooooooooooooo despred. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

because losing weight pushes you to you limits and there are so many emotional reasons to overeating most of the time that people sometimes don't realize until it's too late. just be more active- like walk instead of driving places close-by. wake up early to get an exersize tape in or to jog or something and do some ab work and such before bed. also- eat between 1200-1500 calories a day...
