HI EVERYONE I NEED SERIOUS HELP!!! I HAVE BEEN DOING REALLY GOOD ON DIETING BUT NOW I AM ON SPRING BREAK AND EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE KITCHEN IT MAKES ME WANT TO LOOK IN THE FRIDGE!!! I DON'T WANT TO GAIN THE 8 POUNDS THAT I LOST BACK ON!!! PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO I HAVE TO GO NINE DAYS PLEASE I APPERCIATE ANYTHING!!!

I think your problem is you eat when you're bored. You should always try to occupy your mind with something. It could be books, games, walks, anything exept eating. Only eat when you actually feel hungry.

hey, i think the only thing to do is to go into the kichen only when you ABSOLUTLEY have to. you could go outside and do stuff to get your mind off of food. i know that is what i do.
