I think when you say Eat Only When Your Hungry is not true for thsoe of us who are overweight because our stomachs are expanded and demand more food then we should be eating... this causes you to be hungry all the time... idk maybe im wrong

just run on a schedule of certain eating times with certain amounts of certain foods. if you are hungry between the meals that you set for yourself then eat- but eat fruits or veggies. i do that and i don't count the fruits and veggies(certain ones are neg. cal. meaning they burn more calories digesting the the amount of cal. in them) in my overall calorie consumption. good luck!

Ok, here's wat the doc where i work says. . most overweight ppl overeat to comfort themselves and they eat until their stomach gets stuffed and they feel uncomfertable and that makes them stop 4 a while.. but then u eat again cuz u r unhappy or bored until u r stuffed again. .. ur stomach streches so it takes more and more to make u feel stuffed. . the prob is u don't eat cuz u r hungry but to make urself happy. . u gotta eat only wat ur body needs to run on like 1500 calories a day if u r healthy weihgt.. . if u r overweihgt to lose weihgt u gotta eat less than u r used to so ur body starts burning fat. . cut in half wat u usually eat. . and when u get a craving,, drink ice water and go do sumthing like take a walk ur dog or ur neighbors dog or ride ur bike or chew surgerless gum. . hope this helps. . later...

thats true. but in order to eat weight, u have to eat less than what ur expanded stomach wants
