Im disgusted with myself! I dont even want to look in the mirror anymore! I need help with losing weight... Im so depressed! my mom and my sister both call me fat ass! can anybody help me?

You'll be so amazed with your weightloss-that you won't want to stop there. so you'll keep going. and by the time your done-youll feel better and your sister and mom will get a reality check. try telling them how much the name calling hurts you. ok well good luck, keep in touch!!
