Help!!!! The more I concentrate on how much I weigh and try to lose it the more weight I gain...Just since September I have gained 10 lbs!! :(

Dont weigh yourself everyday because your weight fluxuates throughout the day and it could give you an inaccurate reading. Plus you'll be focused on what you weigh at the current moment. Weigh yourself once a week, in the morning, before you eat anything. This will give you the most accurate weight. Good luck.
