Ht. 5'7", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 82) - Hey guys!I think it just hit me that im gaining back weight=/ I was upstairs looking for something to munch on and my mom told me I didn't need anything and to look at my belly, I am super depressed now=( Well I am 5'7 & I weigh about 155lbs.I don't know if its alot or not but Im not happy with myself,and when I was 14 I went from 165 to 127 in just a summer,but I didn't really do that the healthy way.It just bums me out really bad when i think about how small I used to be and how big I am now=/Does anyone have any tips or anything at all!I was thinking that I'd stop eating after 8pm & drink lots more water,but I need someone to talk to & give me support to lose weight .. my email is jaime_parsons@hotmail.com ..i hope sum1 emails me or adds me to MSN,we can help eachother .. cyas!

omg- i'm sorry your mother was so rude to you like that. it can be really hurtful when family says horrible things like that even if they're joking. i have prob.s with my siblings about that sort of stuff. the weight you're at isn't bad. i think it's a healthy weight but you should check the weight calculator. after saying that- i know that you're not comfortable so that i think you should lose weight in a slow and healthy manner. you could definately be 125 by summer if you put your mind to it. try toi cheer up- it's easier to lose weight if you're happy so that you don't emotionally eat foods. try to eat when you're acctually hungry and eat very slowly untill you're 80% full because you'll get even more full after you stop ewating. if you can't stop yourself get away from the food. you also should change some of your foods and drinks. drink only water and tea without anything added exept 0 calorie substitutes. eat a lot of veggies because they're very good for you and they have a lot of fiber. eat 1000-1500 calories a day and find a fun exersize that you can do like kicking and dancing crazily to your favortie cd untill you run out of time or music. try for 20-30 minutes a day. i like taebo for my cardiop. and remmerb to have a day off where you can eat a bit more and laze about. that day's important so that you keep up on your diet after that day. you'll also realize that your body feels a lot better while doing this and eating well. anf try not to think of it all the time just do it and put it out of your head...good luck! you can do this!
