What you want to do is cut out all of the junk food from your diet. Just stick to breakfast (maybe cereal, fruit, low fat yoghurt) Lunch (maybe soup, pasta or a salad) and a healthy dinner (such as jacket potatoe) Its difficult at first but you will soon see results. You should mix this with some excersise, start off with something simple (maybe something you enjoy like walking, dancing, bike riding, swimming) and then incease the excersise. If you can do 20 mins of excersise 3 times a week that will help loads. Ok, so if you feel like snacking eat fruit. Some people keep a diary of the things they have eaten, this might work for you. oh and one last thing make sure you drink plenty of water. I think 8 pints a day is the reccomended ammout! good luck :)

Maybe once a month i'll have pizza and fries too. I also play basketball twice a week. You can lose a lot of weight by eating healthy and exercising. HINt; If you hold in your stomach all day you can train your abs.
