Hi I just wanted to ask if anyone had tips on what to do to control cravings. I just started dieting and now I want chips and sweets more than ever! My cravings are out of control! I control my cravings now by just not opening the pantry or fridge. But I feel like I am torturing myself!

If you crave candy-suck on hard candy, it lasts longer and has alot less fat and calories. Just remind yourself-you dont really 'want' the junk. its just a bad habit that has to be broke.
