I can't stand it! I love to go shopping, but when I have to try on the clothes in teh dressing room, and then hunt for a bigger size, I smile towards my mom, but on the inside I'm beating myself up about my weight! ANd when I find the perfect pants, but they don't have my size, that makes me hate myself even more! But, I'm DETERMINED to lose that weight!!!

Reply from sarah, Age 15 - 08/25/03 - IP#: 209.86.104.xxx good for you! i suggest, if you find a shirt or pants that u really really like but they dont come in ur size(obvisouly im talking about that they only come in smaller sizes) buy that shirt or pants as close as u can to one or two sizes down shirt wise or 3 or 4 dress sizes down. What Im saying is, if ur a xl, dont buy an xs, get a meduim or large. This is motivation, visual and mental,and once u lose that weight u have a new gift for yourself! dont go overboard and buy like 7 meduim shirts and 9 pairs of size 7 pants, i made that mistake and it made me feel TO pressured to reach my weight loss goals. Just buy one or two shirts and a cute pair of pants! gracias! huesto lueago!
