Hey everyone! I have a bad problem and i am exremely embarrassed about. I have breasts.And i am a guy. they arent big but they show through my shirt. It gets so embarrassing when i go swimming or take off my shirt. Even wearing a t shirt is embarrassing. My stomach isnt even that big! I dont understand. IS there ANYTHING, ANYTHING AT ALL that i can do to help reduce(non-surgery)them? PLEASSSSE HELP!!!

Don't worry about it. Its actually a natural process in puberty for 40% of males. They should go away naturally in the next 3 years max.

dont worry about it too much even slightly chubby guys can get man breasts just do some upper body exercises ....swimming is good cause it works other parts of ure body too dont be embarassed cause other guys have them too u can always were a shirt in the water but ive found out that they r still noticable anyway and the only thing it does is prevents u from getting a tan

You can lift weights (Bench Presses). It may take a while depending on how often you will be lifting, but it works.

Some guys don't have breasts, but if you look around alot of them do.....It has to do with puberty and hormonal development. You can also do exercises on the top half of your body, and maybe that'll help some.

well try working out the top of your body like maybe doing some weight lifting , swimming ( dont be embarrassed alot of guys wear shirts) and try to eat healthy and get as much excersice as possible p.s. i looked it up on the internet 4 u
