Today: 160 lb - Hey i am 13 and i think im ugly because i am fat i weight 160 and scared that i might end up to 200. At school people say im beautiful exept i am fat I have long soft hair,my face is cute and one time this cute boy in my class told me he use to have a crush on me but know that i am fat he doesnt anymore and i wish i was at least 110 so now i will take care of myself to eat right and exersize if i had lost weight i will write back

hey look thinking like that is only going to make the weight loss situation harder on you try to think more like " I can do and and I am a good person" think positive thoughts and all should be well and it may help you do what is needed to loose the weight.

hey i know how you feel. this guy liked me until i got fat. he was the most popular guy in the grade in fact. it sucks so bad but that was really mean of him to say that he didn't like you anymore b/c you are fat!! any guy that liked or likes you now would never want to hurt you like that. don't pay any attention to him-forget about him. work hard and show him!!
