Ht. 5'2", Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 88) - hi i am 18 5'2' and 146 pds i play almost any sport you could think of and i lift weights!! so i exercise alot but i am wanting to go in to the air force but b/c i am so short i have to lose about 15 more pds i drink lots of water and i tried the slim fast diet it didnt work i tried to stave my self but i dont work either yes i have cut back alot though. i used to make my self puck everytime i ate and that ended up with me in the hospital for about 3 weeks well i need more help i really want to go if you have any suggestions please write back

what sort of stuff do you eat on an usual day? Sometimes if you keep a record of everything you eat that day you can see what things you should cut out.

do try cutting back on carbohydrates, i hear that there is something evil about them that makes you gain weight (because i think its stored as fat if you dont burn it off right away). So try that and good luck to you!!!
