Reply from Candy, Age 13 - 02/22/03 - IP#: 205.188.209.xxx hey, ive been giving advise all day so im going to tell you wut worked for me i finally quit puting it off i did and i said no to my cravings and after i did it it was the most rewording thing i ate half of everything i drank slim fast for breakfast rode my bike for 20 mins a day and used a jump rope did only 50 sitt ups a day and i was 130 now im 106 good luck!! PLUS THERES THIS GRL WHO HELPES THE KIDS IN THE 5-10 BULLETIN BOARD PLACE AND YOU SHOULD SEE IF SHE RESPONDS I HEARD SHE HELPED TONS OF PEOPLE LOSE WAIGHT
