I try and try but I just can't lose weight. Will I ever be able to enjoy life? Even my friends make fun of me.They are half my size. i tried everything. Cuting my food in half. Get better foods for snacks, not eating,EVERYTHING!!!! Someone anyone HELP ME!!!! SOS???

Hey, all you need to do is watch your sugar and carbohyderate intake! exercise! and don't try fad diets. The best excersises are crunches and running! IF YOU WANT YOUR STOMACH NICE, RUN RUN RUN!

Have u seen ur doctor to check that there isn't a medical reason why u can't lose weight? Like an underactive thyroid gland or some other condition that makes u hungrier than usual. Otherwise maybe see a dietician who can monitor ur weight loss plan and support and enourage u. And LOTS OF EXERCISE!!! Good luck!!! Don't give up.

try this !
4 min jogging in place ( 5 times a day )
100 crunches
50 leg lifts ( 25 a leg )
and eat right like remember they healthier the fater u lose ! mrmbre sometime cutting in half wont work it depends on what u eating ! like fat content ext ... you can do this i have lost 4 lbs in 2 days my doing this good luck !
