hey everyone! whatsup well im over weight... im 13 and i weigh..um i dunno i really dont care bout the weight i care bout inches on my tummy or my arms or my legs..! i really need to lose it..i excersice like once in a great while.im too lazy to.. and i go on a diet once in a great while thinking i can do this i can do this but when i see sum fat foods...thats it!! im off the diet! i need to talk bout this!

hi, its important to excercise everyday and bot be lazy about it.At first its hard but then you get used to it and then you feel weird if you miss a day! And you shouldnt really go on a diet, you should juss cut down on what you eat Its called portion control. Eat only 3 times a day and for starters eat half of what you eat now. Did you know that if you just stopped drinking soda you'd lose 30 pounds in a year!! Drink lots of water and only eat 3 times a day!
