Ht. 5'5", Start: 195 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Well, I try to eat better, and I don't honestly think that healthy stuff tastes bad. But I'm not that great at excersising, and for some reason I just KEEP gaining wait! Plus, everyone says to get healthy, you need 'to eat better and to excersise' but no one ever tells you what it is that's healthy to eat, and what excersise plans would be good for my body!
I'm REALLY tired of being overweight, and feeling ashamed in front of my family b/c I'm the youngest and fattest out of my siblings. its especially hard since my sister is in the marching band, so shes really healthy, and shell always promise to excersise with me but never does.

hey i am also a younger heavier sibling and my bro does baseball and is a stick. i wouldn't worry about your sis and just go and walk around your block once or twice every night and maybe run a part of it or 2 and listen to music its pretty fun and is a good time to relax and think and will hopefully help u lose weight and if u r hungry eat celery it have so few calories that digesting it actually losses calories so imagine more u eat skinner u get lol
