Reply from Anni, Age 23 - 01/11/12 - IP#: 69.108.82.xxx Hey dont worry too much about your weight. Honestly I worry alot about my weight too im 5'3 and 156lbs and it does really bother me. I think what really bothers me is where the fat goes. I think I have a nice body but where the fat stores I dislike. It goes straight to my belly and hips and thighs. I have a hourglass figure but the fat is just ridiculous. I always cry too but oh well. I just wanted to tell you that you are not the only one and best of luck. I think once i WORK out my body looks a lot nicer and my shape shows more and I bet yours too.

Reply from Jeimi, Age 20 - 05/26/11 - IP#: 68.199.183.xxx I know it seems impossible sometimes when we thing about the amount of weight we have to lose but take it one day at a time one pound at a time. Start with small changes workout for 20mins even if it's something simple like marching in place. This is a long hard journey but you can't give up or else it will just keep getting worse. I've only lost 31 pounds in the last year that's how hard it's been for me but we can all do this don't ever think you can't. Stay strong little chnages at a time and dont give up.
