He would say things like 'Mary has a fat butt' or 'Mary crushed a table' even though I was very skinny. I would suggest that could start your journey by reducing your portion sizes during meals, and focus on the things that you put on your plate (see my reply on page two). I know you may think this is anoying, that I'm just tellng you to work out because of what your bully said, but you should probably consider going out to your backyard during your free time (if you have a big backyard, otherwise you can walk around on the side walk.) and do laps. You may want to start with at least three miles, but it really depends on what you ate. (Ex: aslice of cake= 8 miles) Remember this, a good day would be to have three meals, and at the very most, two snacks. Hope this helps!!!!!!!! :)
