I have absolutely no idea how I am going to lose almost about 80 pounds. Today went fairly well. I tried to cut back on the soda (I usually drink about 6 a day, today I only had 3). I know I need to cut it out completely but there is no way I am going to be able to do it at first. I tried taking smaller portions and not snacking throughout the day (I can't imagine how I became this overweight ;-) I think my dad is going to end up being a very encouraging force. For some unknown reason, I think he thinks I can do this. I hope it works but I'm not terribly optimistic. Thankfully school starts again tomorrow and I won't be sitting around at home for most of the day. Thanks for everyones advice yesterday, I decided on 185 because it turns out 190 is the max for my height/age and I wouldn't mind being a little below the max. But that is a long tikme off.

Reply from Jessica, Age 16 - 01/03/12 - IP#: 71.2.41.xxx Joey I used to have issues with soda, moraviton is the key,if you need support or quote, im on here!drink one can of soda, 6 that a lot, have you had peanut butter? if the sugar one you eat,swap it with no sugar one Smckers and smeckers Jam,persevers, or no sugar free, pack a healthy lunch to school for a change! bottled water or a water bottle,try appples with no sugar added medum glass of milk, Joey take one day at a time, you can do it! you lost a pound that a great start! jump rope,is very good excrise! oranges,pears,apples,grape furit grapes, never skip breakfast, whole wheat creal,2%milk is healthy, you can do it!
