Ht. 138 cm, Start: 78 kg, Today: 78 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - hi everyone guess what im obese :( all my friends at school dont say anything about my weight but i know im soo fat. I have to wear a size 18 clothes or mens. I just live to eat . I know that is bad but it is true. does anyone have any tips on loosing a lot of weight ? please reply if you do :) my doctor says that it is very unhealthy and I need to loose as much as possible. it's really bad whenever I go to the pool cause there's always people laughing and I have to wear a bikini cause my tummys to big for anything else :( please reply  (Note: 138 cm, 78 kg is 4'6.3", 171.961 lb.)

Get into some type of sport and give yourself a diet that works for you not like full on a bowl of brockolli for every meal but like if you eat a large portion of something shorten the portion and try to eat at least 2 hours apart just go at your own space and take one step at a time

Strph eating so much is not a good thing for you eat smal 5 bites drink lots of water, remember small portions, you can do it!! I am glad that you want to change!! Steph, start slow excriseing by walking, jump rope, slow running, healthy snancks, like kosh bars, or have furit grab a banana or an apple instead of chips or candy. Walk the dog,or with your silbings, or with a friend.. Drink lots of water.. Small goals like 5 or 1o pounds a time , 1-2 pounds is recmmmand for safe weightloss.. move more.
