Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 155 lb - I ate awfully today I went to a wedding and had quite a lot of sweets. I think I have put back on any weight I previously lost. I still really want to lose weight but I feel discouraged as I don't see anything coming off . On Monday im going on holiday I think I'm going to find it hard to stop gaining if anyone has any tips to tell me that would be great thanks. Need as much help as I can as I don't have the support of any of my family.

Ellie small healthy porton sized foods no more then one serving per meal, looking up calories lables, fats, sugars,, corn suyrp.
, how much, serving , watch out for sodas that say 290 calories per bottle, that is rounded to 300 calories, , thats ok to have once in a great while!! but less soda helps,, drink lots of water, excirse daily!! you also want to do it slow, walking slow running, counting calories, a notebook or food jonurial are tools to help you keep track of your calories, or go to www.eatingwell.com.. They have a picture of a plate it goes by weekly,,, calorie intake,,,, , the food jonurial will have excirse and calories you burn,, changing your eating habits,at times your family will tempt you with high fatting food say no thanks I already ate, what I would do is eat smaller portions of your meals, its going to take time to take the weight off you gained , once you lose weight thats a healthy weight for you, I would suggest you reward yourself with clothes from dELiA's...
