Reply from Sabrina, Age 13 - 08/13/12 - IP#: 174.54.152.xxx Hey katie, ive had the ups and downs before-and ill be honest-it sucks!BUT I DIDNT GIVE UP-SO NIETHER SHOULD YOU!Try getting 30 min. of cardio exercise in everyday-and try to drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces(95 ounces)--or at the least 8 8ounce glasses of water-or 4 glasses of 16 ounce water- =D and if you dont feel like taking a run or a jog,or do cardio-just go for a walk for awhile =D I wish you goodluck-im here if you need me =D Whatever tomorrow brings,I`ll be there...<3

I had the same thing happen for a long while now, my weight go up and down you need to find out what will put the weight back on and what will keep it off?? drinking a lot of water will help! start excirse very slow, like baby steps!!!!! its going to take time, walking, slow running, small goals like 5-10 lbs by each mouth you could lose 10 lbs Its not going to happen overnight.
