Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I really need to get my eating under control, its hard for me to stop eating sometimes

I know how you feel. I have the same exact problem. I just chew gum, suck mints (non stop). Most of all when I want to eat I drink as much water as possible. Sometimes I drink 4 bottles until my next meal. I guess it's better than eating. I would recommend it. Gum help a lot! Good Luck!

Hey Jordan I had the same thing when I first came up here on this borad my eating was out of cantrol its almost two years ago now for me u need to get the eating uncantrol first small portions healthy small portions you can do it!! I w'd do small minin goals start your minin goal 177 or 176 lbs don't overwhelm youself eat healthy counting calories and reading the lables start excrise small baby steps drink lots of water .. Jog .. slow. Take it one lbs at a time and one day at a time.
