Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys i really havnt posted in a long time but im back! ive been having some serious problems with motivation, and lost my "diet" months ago. ive found i can really only keep a diet for a week or so, and i need to make a lifestyle change. I would really appreciate any tips you guys have to stay motiviated because i know i can do this, i just need help. My mom promised me i could get my belly button pierced if i lost the weight, so thats motivating! im going to try and post everyday to keep myself on track:) glad to be back!

I used to be 240 lbs, and I'm down to 180. I started 6 month ago to drink a pint of Mineral water before every meal, and when I get hungry inbetween, I drink Mineral water. it works great. 3 of my grandkids used to be 60 lbs over, and they use the same trick with great results.
