I used to weigh around 90 lbs, then over about six months we went on a cruise, and moved, and had a new school, and our six chickens were killed. Now it's holiday season. As you can tell, I've gained weight, but also lost some. I need help with the last 15 pounds. I'm running/walking up to two miles each day, but I need help with eating less. I try to do the eat half thing, but I end up eating the other half later because I get hungry. What can I do? Oh, fyi, my family isn't very supportive... And I haven't been to the docters in a while. Can anyone help?
Reply from Kassandra, Age 10 - 01/13/14 - IP#: 69.127.232.xxx I have the same problem I'm 93.3 lbs and I recently set a goal to be under or exactly 80 lbs by March 8. So here is what I did as I just told you I set a goal. So you should set a goal to, I keep a food journal handy so I can record what I eat and how many calories I eat, I run and walk and also jump rope you can surprising lose about 1,200 calories from jump roping, and I also do gymnastics every week. That's just the exercise I also bought new food and changed my diet around. I eat a yogurt for breakfast. And for lunch I have a peanut butter and jelly or a fruit salad, for a snack I bought a fiber one 90 calorie brownies, and for dinner I cut my food and half. But if you want desert or get hungry have fruit or a yogurt.
