I've never really been bullied for my weight but getting dirty looks from other kids says it all. About a year and a half ago I weighed around 150 pounds and lost about 20 pounds when I did a weight loss program with my older brother. Since then I've gained it all back plus more. That wasn't the only time I've tried to lose weight either; I've tried many other times. I'm a freshman in high school so I want to me a "new me" by the beginning of sophomore year.

Last year when I was a freshman we had a girl who was around the same weight as you. Sure people made fun of her, scoffed at her or laughed at her, but you know what? She never let it get to her, and you shouldn't either. No matter what you do, some people just aren't befriendable (not sure if that's a word), but forget them. You probably won't see them ever again after high school. It's the personality that matters and what makes people like you. If you wanna talk more, my email's austinriddick1650@gmail.com
Reply from Caleb, Age 14 - 03/08/15 - IP#: 72.231.20.xxx Hi Julia, I'm also a freshman, and I've been in your situation before. If you need help loosing weigh, please feel free to email me at calebsuss@gmail.com . I'd love to help you, and my quick advice is that it is normal for girls to gain weight over puberty, and to loose it, you just need mental discipline. Loosing weight for the second time should be no harder than the first time, so keep your head up. Hope to hear from you, Caleb
