In fact, I started posting on this website when I was just 14, searching for help, for answers. Now I am back. I had my son last September and I gained a lot of weight... went from 115 to 170 and now I'm working hard to get it off. I am down to 128 but still feel like I am bloated. Don't know if anyone has a Kinect but if you do and need a motivator get the Biggest Loser game that goes with it. It keeps you on track as far as work outs go. I feel obligated to earn point everyday instead of falling behind. Anyway, I hope to make many more posts in the coming weeks to help other people out. Heads up!

I attended Camp Shane which is basically a fat camp and lost 15lbs! It was really hard to keep off after leaving that environment and needless to say i put the weight back on in only 2 months. :( i'm back at it again tho. This time i'm not gonna quit. I recently signed up with a personal trainer and have been eating right, but there are still those times when i allow myself to eat things i shouldn't because it's the only way for me to stay on a diet. Another thing i'm doing differently this time is that i am only weighing myself once every month because i'm tired of not seeing the change i feel like i worked hard and deserve. Everytime i start the weightloss process i want the pounds to shed away quick, but i know this cannot always be the case. This site always helps to motivate me, so your comments are GREATLY appreciated. I'll let yawl know my next update on March 1st!

My snacks usually include spinach and/ or carrots and a little ranch dressing. I don't usually exercise on a regular basis, except for my walk home from my bus stop, which goes down 3 streets. I can't fit into normal clothes because most of my body fat is in my stomach. It's HUGE. ALOT.. so I started working out today and I lost 1 pound.. I know it's not that much but its a start right? Anyways this is what i did! 50 Leg Lifts Each Leg 30 Situps 30 Jumping Jacks 5 Sprints 10 Lunges 20 Minuets of walking 5 minuets of straight running Then When I was done I drank 3 bottles of water so i wouldn't be as hungry at dinner. Then I ate A spoonfull of rice, 4 pieces of sesme chicken, 2 spring rolls (all veggie spring rolls) and i had a glass of iced diet green tea... We had Chinese Food for Dinner. Hope this Helps!

But dats on occasions, so I dnt no. I'm planing to join Curves with about 4 other friends. Since there's a 30-day free trial. But idk if I am yet.
