Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 272 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hi folks, I'm totally disappointed and frustrated. The last weeks I've been eating like mad. Burgers, pizzas, fries, sweets - that kind of food. I've gained 20 lbs more. I never thought I would get that fat!!! I really feel the weight, it's difficult to walk, take stairs, bend over and so. I'm afraid I can't stop this weight gain. And christmas is still ahead! How much will I weigh after the holidays???? Anyone here who can relate to me?
