Message Replying To From ashley!, Age 15 this past week i have done sooo bad! i am so afraid to weigh myself cuz i think ive gained. so im going to make sure next week i keep on track and hopefully lose this extra that ive put on. every time i get a craving, i tell myself, No you are going to be ugly for the summer and spring, but that doesnt even work. I am just pulled to the kitchen!!! :( anyone feel with me on this? do you have any ideas on what to do when i get cravings..like have water..anything else to motivate me too? thanks guys and good luck with your goals! i am 5'8 230lbs..later!! |
