Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 155 lb - okay so I'm a total yo-yo dieter clearly... i was on here a couple weeks ago and i dropped down to 165-166 and now im back up to 170. go figure lol but my friend gave me a free 30 day membership to an all girls gym which is awesome, and i went for my first workout today. it felt great :) i'm going to try and go as much as possible in the next 30 days and hopefully lose around 8 pounds (or more, if possible) because i need to bust out of this cycle of getting down to 165, then going back up to 170. getting sick of it. hope everyones doing well :) keep at it
