I have been here before, maybe 9-10 months ago. I gave up on dieting but I really want to get on it again. I weigh 250 pounds and am 5'6 or so. I try to cut back on what I eat but, like other people have said, its the temptation, especially around friends. if anyone can give me any tips it would be greatly appreciated. **********I read an article in a magazine and found this saying someone used as inspiration to lose weight. "Life is hard by the yard...by the inch, its a cinch." Meaning that if it is going to work you have to take it inch by inch and i understand that.
