i dont know what to do. ive been eating terribly. ive completely fallin off weight watchers. i went to the doctors and it was so bad. i am at risk for so much stuff and youd think with that on my back id right but im not. im seeing a nutritionist monday which im glad because shes putting me on a very strict diet so i can lose weight. i gave up on trying to make bball cuz u have to be able to run a mile in 8 min 30 seconds and i ran it in gym in 12 min 44 seconds. the tryouts are nov 30th and i havent been running so im mad about that but im gonna go to Y and focus more on gettin fit and losing weight as my goal versus killing myself to be able to run the mile in 8 min 30 seconds. i kno my limits and im not gonna be able to acomplish that by then. so im gonna set my new goal to working hard, making softball this spring, and makin bball next year. please send any tips/advice/support.
