For those of you who have lost weight cutting out sugar/carbs, I have some questions. First of all, I've done Atkins before and it does not allow fruit during the first few weeks. I can't stick to a diet like that, as it caused *ahem* problems with digestion. But I would like to try an alternative to low fat dieting.Anyway, my questions:1)Do you eat fruit? If so what kind, and how much?2)Do you have oatmeal, occasionally? 3)Do you feel you lose more quickly cutting out sugar/carbs than other methods of dieting (low-fat, low-calorie)?4)Just out of curiosity, how much have you lost over how long?Thanks for answering these question! I'm in desperate need of help! I've been crying alot lately because of my weight and my failed efforts at losing! I think I'm falling into depression again.
