hey everyone. i'll be thirteen in 61 days. this summer i am gonna run myself to death so i will shape up for basketball and track. this year at skool they gave me a uniform with added in pieces!!!! i weigh 200 lbs. no one likes me and i get made fun of all the time. i need a diet plan, and fast! and for the skool lunches, i need tips on them, so i dont eat the wrong things. i want to lose 55-80 lbs by augest. PLZ EVERYONE I NEED HELP. i cant find any clothes. and i have dreams of being like 120 lbs. a lot of ppl tell me i am fat. i need a diet and exercise plan, and a lot of support. i went on the atkins diet with my parents, and i was out of town with basketball alot, so we ate fast food, but i still lost 15 lbs! but i gained it all back and some. i need a diet that consists of meat, and veggies. and i dont really like water, but i will try to drink it. and i really need tips in basketball too. e-mail me plz at lil_spongey_lover_15@hotmail.com
