you guys i feel so hopeless! Ive tried to ask to set up a workout station at home, asking my mom to buy healthier foods and all sorts of things, but she wont let me! She says the only way I'll lose weight is to eat smaller portions of what she buys and jog outside, but I dont want to eat the "great" selection we have of nasty soybeans or fattening cheetos and I want to start working out inside and doing workout tapes becasue I hate jogging....HELP! i want to cry,and plus everytime i get motivated to lose weight either her or my dad tell me i wont stick with it, i always say that and it will never work becasue im lazy, i hate them!
