Hi everyone, I've always wanted to lose weight, every time i start a diet eg. on Saturday i ruin it on Monday etc. At first when i start the diet i do really well , i dont eat ANYTHING which is bad.. but then after a couple of days i see my sister eating chocolate(she eats till whenever she likes cause she has a high metabolic rate without putting on a pound) when i eat chocolate or ruin my diet i just become fat ... HELP!!! i want to go on a permanent diet .. i dont want to ruin it and dont want to go back to chocolate
