Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so, i havn't exercised on tuesday or today (wedsday) and its makeing me feel bad, but i physically just don't feel like doing it...did any of you feel that way? maybe i need to tone it down for a few days and just take a walk for a while, im still eating great though, but i have a problem with that too...when i come home from school all i want to do is eat and eat, and i know thats not good for you. So idk what to do right now, sorry im kinda just rambleing on and one
