Today: 170 lb - I am 13 years old, i weigh about 170 and i am a size 13 in juniors. I have been chunky since i was like 9...i used to be pretty skinny before then but u know...i discovered pop and candy. I just wish i can go back and change all that. Sometimes i just hate myself. I have tried dieting but i just cant stick to it at all. I am a pretty shy person so i dont really tell n e body that i am dieting. My mom pressures me to lose weight. I get so mad every time one of my relatives says i am so fat and i need to lose weight. I mean i know that but still, they dont know what its like being me. Just because they r skinny, they dont have to rub it in. My whole family is like body concious. They are like "i am so fat" even tho they weigh like 110 pounds. It just makes me sick that they rub it in so much to make me feel bad. I know they r prolly not trying but they sure are good at doing it n e way. Well my point is...i just wanna try to lose at least 20-30lbs or more at least wen school starts or christmas. Can n e 1 give me some tips or n e thing?
