Ht. 4'11", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay, 30 pounds, 3 months. Can I do it?? XD I have always been a little chubby, not fat, but still over weight. It has never really bothered me that much, I still think I'm beautiful. But then I met the love of my life, and even though he tells me everyday I'm perfect, I just don't feel good enough for him. He's hot and truly is perfect in every way, and I want to look like the girl I think he deserves. So I'm trying to lose weight, I have been eating very healthy, especially foods I know are supposed to boost your metabolism, I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday (jogging!) to burn fat, and 15 minutes of muscle training to tone my body. Support and other peoples stories would be very much appreciated =) Hopefully 3 months from now I will be posting my success story <3
