Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I'm frustrated. Like I said on my last post I've lost 14 lbs....Now it seems like no matter how dutiful I am with exercise or how well I ate that day that I just can't shake any weight off. I go up a bit then I go down a bit then I stay the same then up then down....good news is I'm really good at maintaining, just not losing. Any tips to rev up my metabolism, exercise tips, food tips?
